Agent of Change

This six-session class trains participants on how to be effective change agents within a chosen circle of influence – workplace, church, school, professional group, neighborhood, community, etc.  Each participant selects one circle, develops a strategy and plan for change, and takes steps of early implementation, in consultation with other members of the class.  Presenters: Jeanne or Dick Roy and a co-presenter.

Assessing your Ecological Footprint

This six-session class explores the use of the Ecological Footprint – an internationally respected tool for measuring resource consumption and waste assimilation requirements of an individual or given population.  After learning to use the tool, specific topics covered by experts include transportation, food, home energy, consumer goods, toxic chemicals, and water.  Facilitator: Jeanne Roy; presenters: guest experts.
