This three-hour workshop explores how to take the lead in working with a core group to effect change at the local level.  Jeanne and Dick Roy share strategies, tools, practices, and tips from their experience over the past 15 years as the co-founders and directors of the Center for Earth Leadership, the Northwest Earth Institute, and the Oregon Natural Step Network, and the organizers of many individual initiatives within and outside of those nonprofit organizations.
